Nature connectedness guided wellbeing walks in nature with meditation, Qi gong breathing techniques & and nature connected activities. 

Relax, de-stress and decompress. Walk with Val and enjoy this sensory experience, exploring the wonderful environment, outdoor learning session and heritage park. Including timely meditation, Tai Chi and breathing exercises. Join in or enjoy the natural wellbeing experience your way. Group walks are ideal for any age and ability, offering gentle outdoor health and exercise perfect for friendship, social groups, charity and community organisations, including business wellbeing activity for employees and family groups.

CCSG Winter Sensory Wellbeing Walks 2024/25 

The four Autumn/Winter 2024 walks have been completed, with fantastic attendance, wonderful activities and amazing support from local experts, Bradford District Parks and most of all the weather which has been most agreeable.
Good News we have two 2025 walks already planned, here are the dates for your diary.

The wellbeing walks are designed by nature, each walk is individual, guided by myself and those who attend, including the season and weather conditions. We walk the route at a slow and gentle pace, enjoying the diverse environment and social interaction.
I am a certified Tai Chi for Health instructor (Accredited – Tai chi for arthritis, falls prevention, with over twenty years experience in the wellbeing industry. The benefits include, friendship building, relaxation aimed at lowering stress and anxiety through enjoyable exercise, aiming to improve confidence, build strength, improve balance and promote feelings of wellbeing. The exercise is low/med impact, ask your GP or health practitioner if you have any health issues.

Walking in Nature

Taking a few steps out doors is good for your soul, it’s been designed to be walked regularly in a safe environmental green space. This nature walk is one mile in length, the route connects you to, woodland, meadows, tree lined paths, heritage features, playing fields, sit spots, ponds and fountains.
