The wellness walks are designed by nature, each walk is individual, guided by myself and those who attend, including the season and weather conditions.
We walk the route at a slow and gentle pace, enjoying the diverse environment and social interaction. If you do not wish to take part in the Tai Chi exercises please join us and enjoy the walk.
I am a qualified Tai Chi for Health instructor with also twenty five years experience in the wellbeing industry. The benefits include, friendship building, relaxation aimed at lowering stress and anxiety through enjoyable exercise, which will improve confidence and feelings of wellbeing.
The exercise is low/med impact, ask your GP or health practitioner if you have any health issues prior to booking on the walk.
Only join the walk if you feel fit and healthy on the day.
