The wellbeing walks are designed by nature, each walk is individual, guided by myself and those who attend, including the season and weather conditions.
We walk the route at a slow and gentle pace, enjoying the diverse environment and social interaction.
I am a certified Tai Chi for Health instructor (Accredited – Tai chi for arthritis, falls prevention, Heart and circulation and relaxation) with also twenty five years experience in the wellbeing industry. The benefits include, friendship building, relaxation aimed at lowering stress and anxiety through enjoyable exercise, which will improve confidence, build strength, improve balance and promote feelings of wellbeing.
The exercise is low/med impact, ask your GP or health practitioner if you have any health issues prior to booking.
