Please contact me if you would like to order a gift voucher for someone special. I can provide vouchers for any value by email or post. Alternatively, I can prepare a gift voucher for specific treatments or products.

I accept payment via PayPal, Cash and Bank Transfer.
Products will only be sent when payment is received.
If you need the items delivering, I will provide a quotation for 1st class postage & packing when you send me your order, as the price will differ depending on how many items you order and their size/weight.
Items ordered before 12pm will be posted the same day and usually take 2-3 working days for delivery.
If purchasing larger/heavier items or multiple products please contact me, items may have to be sent in two packages for insurance purposes. Recorded delivery and higher value packages will attract an extra charge of £2.95 per package.
Please note items which have been dispatched by Truly Essential cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by Royal Mail/local post office services this is totally out of my control. Proof of posting is obtained for all orders and I will endeavour to trace items from this end.
Returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may have a full refund or exchange, up-to 28 days after purchase. Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition, unopened with any seals intact. You are responsible to pay for correct return postage and packaging. A replacement or refund will be given when the returned item has been received.
Stock/back orders I do endeavour to keep my shop well stocked however if the items you have ordered are out of stock I will email you with an alternative product or order date. Otherwise a full refund will also be offered.

The only information I require is name, address and contact details (email/phone number} these details are used to process your order and arrange delivery only.
