I have been attending the Tai Chi classes at Cliffe Castle for almost a year now. I have found them really beneficial for my physical and mental well being.
Val is a great teacher and clearly passionate about Tai Chi and the importance of being in the outdoors. She gives clear guidance on the routines, making it easy for beginners to follow.
