Hello October
So my Tai Chi journey begins this month. Starting the first week of October, every Thursday at Craven Leisure Skipton I have my own TaiChi for Health class running for members and non members.
I also qualified the first weekend in October to teach Seated Tai Chi. Great exercise for anyone who needs movement in their day. Perfect for long car or plane journeys, people who sit behind a desk, or who have disabilities or mobility challenges. Keep posted visit Truly Essential TaiChi & Qigong
I have also done my first Tai Chi wellbeing workshop this month, covering the benefits of practicing regular Tai Chi including a session of practical group participation.
With the aim to help with relaxation and stress management through the calm, flowing exercise movements and gentle breathing techniques. Following the Tai Chi for Health method of practice.
This my first workshop was received very well, with a future workshop planned for December.
Workshops can benefit emplyees, in the work place or members of a friendship group/charity organisation and are a usful introduction to Tai Chi exercise.

Secret Spa Retail Fundraising Events & Workshop

Clients Community and Business Collaboration
My October has been nice and steady, with lots of clients taking late holidays this year I have been kept busy. With lots of amazing autumnal commutes in the Dales, Gargrave, Grassington, Haworth, Lothersdale, Barnoldswick to name a few, and always a warm welcome.
I had a supertime at SWIFT Networking this month, businesses did individual showcase’s, very informative and entertaining. Good Networking Skipton.
My group Give Back to Nature, has been very productive sharing and promoting all that has been going on Pro-Nature/conservation in our local area this Autumn.
