I hit the ground running, this the first week of September. completing my Tai Chi for Health training on Sunday the 1st. I am now a certified Dr Paul Lam Tia Chi for Health instructor www.taichforhealthinstitute.org, teaching Tai Chi for health to all abilities. September Truly Essential Events
On the 8th of September myself and my dog Arthur and his pal Red from next door, did a sponsored dog walk in aid of the Riding for the Disabled at Haworth. Its an organisation my business supports, so I decided to raffle one of my pamper hampers instead of collecting sponsor money.
A friend and fellow wellbeing business owner Corinne Yeadon at Being Better Skipton won my pamper hamper. Many thanks to all who supported and bought a ticket.
Secret Spa Retail Therapy event held at a local hairdressers, James Wood Organics Crosshills, went very well. A great collaboration of two likeminded businesses, meeting lovely clients and friends with a demo of Mii Cosmetics late summer foundations and makeup collections.
Secret Spa Workshop at the Cancer Support Centre Skipton, was very well attended, we discussed nail and hair care diet and home beauty treatments. Workshop attendees blended a spacific nail and hair treatment oil using essential oils chosen as a group, everyone took a little bottle home to try.

Truly Essential Tai Chi
My Tai Chi journey has started. I took part on the 25th of September with a Tai Chi taster session on National Fitness Day at Craven Leisure Centre Skipton. The session was very well supported so I have now a regular class, starting on the 3rd October.
The class is ongoing, with a drop in class format, also open to non members, giving a perfect opportunity for anyone wishing to try Tai Chi for Health.

We finish the month in style I joined other local businesses at SWIFT networking meeting the first one back after the summer break. Lovely to connect with other members and a fabulous buisness planing session and podcast delivered by The Brothers of Battenburg.
